We've written over 500 blog posts and welcomed over 4 million visitors since we got started in 2009. What started as a hobby that grew out of our Christian faith has become a growing business and movement.
To keep up with the growth and reach many more with the Engaged Marriage message, we are looking to add 1-2 members to our team. You'll be working directly with the co-founders and husband/wife team - Dustin and Bethany Riechmann.
While we're not in the "make money online" niche, Dustin has extensive training in online marketing, consulting and sales funnels. As a team member, we'll share everything we can to enrich your personal marketing education.

Basic Job Description & Requirements:
As noted below, we're looking for some serious help - and this may come from one or two people depending on your skills. However, either/both positions have some basic requirements:
- Part-time (to start) independent contractor position
- Excellent English and communication skills are required
- Be available to communicate during Central Standard Time (8am - 5pm)
- Attention to detail is critical to success
- Must be a motivated self-starter who never misses a deadline once committed
- Must love to learn and always look to add value above-and-beyond specific assignments
"General Virtual Assistant" Sample Tasks Required
- Tracking and compiling online data in Google Drive
- Blog post research, outlining, set-up and editing in WordPress
- Set up and schedule emails in Ontraport
- Set up and manage Asana or another project management system
- Compile stats from Google Analytics and suggest Lead Magnets & new products
- Design (or manage contractors to design) Lead Magnets & other content
- Social Media (Posting & Image Creation on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest)
- Facebook group moderation
- Detailed research on BuzzSumo, YouTube, Pinterest, Amazon, etc. to suggest new content and product ideas based on popular topics
- Categorizing transactions in Wave online accounting program
- Answering Emails, Scheduling Appointments, Screening interview/guest post requests
- Manage other contractors and assist with project set-up and selection on Upwork
- Create beautiful slideshows via Keynote for webinars and products
- Pay team members and affiliates via PayPal
- Additional responsibilities as needs and abilities grow
"Marketing Assistant" Sample Tasks Required
- Build emails, sequences, checkout pages and membership areas in Ontraport
- Build and edit OptimizePress pages
- Set up Thrive Leads opt-ins
- Set up and monitor Google Analytics to track funnels, do A/B split testing and look for new opportunities to increase conversions
- Brainstorm and research awesome Lead Magnet and product ideas
- Manage sales funnels and product creation process
- Set up YouTube, Facebook and retargeting ads
- Assist with copywriting needs
