		<description>Thank you for your comment!  I totally agree with you that it&#039;s all about setting our priorities.  In fact, my wife does not like to exercise as much as I do, and she enjoys different kinds of exercise.  She&#039;s a runner when she has the time...and I certainly am not!

We don&#039;t let it create friction, though.  It&#039;s just part of our own personal, individual fulfillment time.  We don&#039;t nag each other about not exercising, and I&#039;m happy for her if she chooses to spend her time reading a book while I may prefer cycling (and vice versa).  For the reasons noted in this series, though, there are a lot of benefits to being fit, both personally and for our relationships.  Just don&#039;t try to force it on your spouse and create more problems than you solve! :)</description>

		<description>I&#039;m not trying to discourage you or anything, but being active is a matter of priority.  When you have 10 minutes, you can exercise or you can do something else.  If the something else is more important (or causes less pain), you do that instead.

Gal loves to walk and would go out walking briskly all the time if he could, but I, well, don&#039;t enjoy it as much ;)  So now there is an area of friction between us, where one would not be if he didn&#039;t want to be so active :D
